The Studio is a charming gîte designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people. Situated at the end of a private road, it offers a serene setting and great exposure to nature. It features a contemporary style, with Burgundy stone walls giving it authentic charm. With a surface area of 16 m², it features a spacious living area that integrates a dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a lounge area.‍

The accommodation includes a mezzanine accessible by ladder, where there is a double bed (140x190), and on the first floor, a bedroom with a single bed (90x190) that can also be used as a bench. The terrace offers a pleasant outdoor space with views of two large oak trees and opens onto the surrounding fields, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the natural setting.‍

Facilities include a shower room with shower and WC, as well as all the kitchen necessities for 2-3 people (vitroceramic hob, bar fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) and cooking utensils. ‍Access to the swimming pool is possible via a path 3 minutes' walk away. The Studio does not provide bed linen except as an option, but comforters and pillows are available. Extra beds are also available on request.
